Schedule an appointment

We’re very proud to say that you have a few different ways to schedule appointments. Although direct phone calls are typically the preferred way, we empathize with those who don’t have the capabilities to call us and have a conversation over the phone. Whether it be due to hearing loss or other reasons, we have the following additional capabilities:

Text messaging and Email

Should you choose to make appointments via text message, limitations do apply. Patients must be 18years and older, limit characters to 140 (charges may apply within your carrier company if you do not have text capabilities).

If you wish to schedule an appointment via text, we ask for it to be presented in the following manner due to the limited character ability:

  • Name: First and Last

  • super simple explanation for visit (tooth ache, broken tooth, swelling, etc.)

  • Insurance

If you prefer to do so by email, the following will also be helpful:

  • Name: First and Last

  • simple explanation for visit (tooth ache, broken tooth, swelling, etc.)

  • Insurance

  • Policy holder’s name and DOB

  • Policy holder’s place of work

  • Policy number, Group number, and or ID

We accept almost all in-network PPO’s; however, we DO NOT accept HMO’s, discount plans, and Arizona’s Medicaid AHCCCS plans of any kind. Please call our office to see if your provider is in network.
